Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Huabai FM mobile application (the "Service"), package com.jng.fm on Google Play ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Huabai FM provides ambient / white-noise sound playback and mixing on Android, including optional VIP features unlocked through Google Play Billing. Sound assets may be loaded from our content hosting over the Internet.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service except as allowed by applicable law.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt servers, content hosting, or other users’ use of the Service.
- Keep your device and Google account secure if you purchase VIP.
Accounts
Basic use does not require creating an account with us. Preferences are kept on your device unless a future feature (disclosed before launch) changes that. Purchases are tied to your Google account via Google Play.
VIP / Membership
Optional paid features are described in the in-app offer and in our Membership Terms. Billing, renewal, and cancellation for Play subscriptions are handled by Google Play.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The app, branding, and sound assets we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Your purchase of VIP unlocks access; it does not transfer ownership of the sounds or the app.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted playback on every network or device. Sound availability may depend on network connectivity for assets that are streamed or downloaded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
