Membership Terms
These Membership Terms apply when you purchase or restore Huabai FM VIP / membership features (the "Membership") through Google Play for the app package com.jng.fm.
They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What Membership unlocks
Membership may unlock features described in the in-app purchase screen at the time of purchase, such as additional sounds, mixing, custom icons, or premium themes. Exact benefits depend on the offer shown in Google Play / the app.
Billing
- Payment is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your full payment card number.
- Prices, billing periods, free trials, and introductory offers (if any) are shown in Google Play before you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel according to Google Play’s rules before the renewal date.
Cancellation and refunds
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (wording may vary by device/locale).
- Uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
- Refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund policies. Contact Google Play support for purchase disputes where required.
Restore purchases
If you reinstall the app or change devices while signed into the same Google account that purchased Membership, use the in-app “Restore purchases” control (where available) so Google Play can restore entitlements.
Changes
We may change Membership benefits or these terms by updating this page and/or the in-app offer. Material changes to a subscription you already own are also subject to Google Play’s applicable rules.
